You're never too old to improve your health!

For the last decade or so I've noticed that I've been getting stiffer and stiffer when I sit for any amount of time. Think the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz. It actually got to the point where it HURT to get moving again. In August 2018 I started drinking Core AO in 24 ounces of water. After a few weeks I felt no more pain when I got up. I was still stiff but not having pain was a biggy. 

My husband and I took a tour by bus in November. That meant sitting for about 2 1/2 before each rest stop on the way to our destination. Guess what? Not only didn't it hurt anymore when I stood up, the stiffness was GONE! I no longer walk like the 71 year old I am.
